About Us Super-Bee Truck Accessories was started in 1993 by Brent Metzker. He was working as a service technician at a dealership in Wetaskiwin, Alberta and customizing vehicles in the evening, as he had done since he was a teenager. It got too busy in the evening and not busy enough at his "Day Job" so he quit and started his own business in a 1200 square foot shop. In 1995 they moved into a 5400 square foot bay as he had ran out of room and in 2006 they moved into the present location with 11,000 square feet. We specialize in what we call "Sport Truck" Accessories but we can still supply your needs for nerf bars or a headache rack.

Do you sell to everybody at the same prices? No, We have several different price levels. Retail is for our local in-store customers, mail order or internet customers get a 10% discount to help compensate for the freight they have to pay. specified otherwise we will ship by the courier that give us the most
competitive rates and add the charges to your invoice. Shipping cut-off time is
3PM Mountain time daily. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next
business day. All goods shall be considered DELIVERED to the purchaser when they
are placed in the hands of the carrier and the consigned to the purchaser. All
claims of loss, damage or destruction must be made by the purchaser to the
carrier. SHORTAGES:
Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. If there is a
shortage call us so we can deal with it promptly. If the package has any other
type of tape or appears to have been opened and re-sealed check for shortages or
damage. If there is, call the shipping company (DHL, Greyhound, UPS, etc).
Regardless, you must hold all contents (shipping materials included) and cartons
for inspection. Ordering Payment
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material and workmanship under
normal use and service when properly installed. Should any problem arise which
appears to be the fault of the product, please contact us immediately and a
Return Authorization will be issued for inspection of the product. Whenever, in
the sole opinion of Super-Bee, an adjustment should be made, will do so. This
does not include costs incurred for shop labor, towing, lodging and any other
consequential cost or damage. this is expressly in lieu of any warranties
expressed or implied. Check Provincial and Local Laws on some products. |
