Free Shipping details
We now have free or
reduced shipping on most of the items we stock. Ask your salesman for details as
shipping discounts vary by region. For example, order a product worth $300 or
more that weighs 25 lbs or less and we will ship it for free. If it weighs 26-50
lbs then we will reduce the shipping charges by $10 so shipping will only cost
you $5 total. Go here for actual rates.

Do you sell to everybody at the
same prices?
No, We have
several different price levels. Retail is for our local in-store customers, mail order or internet
customers get a 10% discount to help compensate for the freight they have to pay.
All returns
require an RGA. Returns shipped without an RGA will be refused and sent back to
the customer. All returns must be sent back prepaid or the freight will be
deducted from your credit memo. The exception is shipping errors on our part.
Items that have been special ordered in are usually not returnable as we can not
return them. Items that have been purchased from our inventory are returnable
without penalty (except freight) for 90 days. Returns on items older that 90
days and less than one year are subject to a 30% restocking charge. There are no
returns on items purchased over one year ago.
Freight
Unless
specified otherwise we will ship by the courier that give us the most
competitive rates and add the charges to your invoice. Shipping cut-off time is
3PM Mountain time daily. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next
business day
Special Order Items
Special orders
from the USA are deemed non-returnable unless special arrangements are made in
advance. Make sure you get a deposit from your customer. If we tell you that a
part needs to be ordered that usually means it will be non-returnable.
Ordering
Minimum order is $10.00. Excluding Shipping and COD charges.
Place phone orders between 8am and 5:30pm MST Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm
Saturday. When ordering, please have part numbers, description and prices. If
you are paying by charge card, please have card number and valid expiry date
ready.
All orders are shipped from warehouse within 48 hours unless the item(s) have
been back ordered.
All COD orders require a minimum 50% deposit paid by Certified Cheque or Money
Order or credit card. Do not mail cash. All cheques require 7 days to
clear before order will be processed.
There is a $25.00 fee on returned cheques. The most convenient method of payment
is either Money Order, Visa or Mastercard.
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material and workmanship under
normal use and service when properly installed. Should any problem arise which
appears to be the fault of the product, please contact us immediately and a
Return Authorization will be issued for inspection of the product. Whenever, in
the sole opinion of Super-Bee, an adjustment should be made, will do so. This
does not include costs incurred for shop labor, towing, lodging and any other
consequential cost or damage. this is expressly in lieu of any warranties
expressed or implied.
No return of goods after 30 days. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All freight must be pre-paid, we will not accept merchandise returned COD. No
parts can be returned without a copy of the invoice. Any goods returned must be
in good re-usable condition. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
No Special Orders parts may be returned.
All goods shall be considered DELIVERED to the purchaser when they are placed in
the hands of the carrier and the consigned to the purchaser. All claims of loss,
damage or destruction must be made by the purchaser to the carrier.
Super-Bee does not accept responsibility for typographical errors in pricing or
content.

Important Notice! Read completely:
SHORTAGES: Shortages
must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. If there is a shortage call
us so we can deal with it promptly. If the package has any other type of tape or
appears to have been opened and re-sealed check for shortages or damage. If
there is, call the shipping company (Loomis, Greyhound, UPS, etc). Regardless,
you must hold all contents (shipping materials included) and cartons for
inspection.
DAMAGED GOODS: Damaged goods must be reported within24 hours of receipt of
goods. Our shipping employees are absolute professionals in correctly packaging
orders and have done everything possible to properly package your shipment. We,
however, do not have any control over the carrier's handling of the merchandise.
If you receive a package that has obvious damage on the outside of the package
and you find damaged parts, keep all of the boxes and packaging material we
provided and report the damage to the carrier. Do not call us to resolve this
matter as it must be handled by the claim agent of the carrier. He/she must
verify exactly how we packaged it, increasing your chance of receiving a fast
fair replacement. Without the box and ALL of the packaging material we used, you
may not receive any replacement or reimbursement.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY: We offer the highest quality merchandise available. If for
any reason you are not happy with the order you receive, just return it
(contents insured) within 30 days for a prompt refund, credit or exchange
(excluding postage and handling). Please call and notify your salesperson before
you send any parts back. Parts returned without an RGA will be refused. Items
returned more than 30 days after the shipping date will be subject to a 30%
restocking fee. Please return products in good condition, in original boxes if
possible, and with all paperwork.
No returns allowed on any special orders, installed or altered parts.
All returns are subject to 30% restocking and handling charge upon our
inspection regardless of condition.
Customers must bear cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem
unless as a result of our error.
