New Body Style GM Cutting Instructions

Remove the lowest bolt and the two bottom plugs as shown below

 

Pull up the fender liner so it is out of the way for the moment

 

 Push and zap strap the emergency brake cable out of the way by pushing it more toward the engine and straping it to the frame.

 

Mask off the cutting area.

 

Cut off just on the inside of the masked area.

The piece you cut off should look like this.

Put lower bolt back in and then zap strap from the first hole of fender liner to the body as shown.

 

 

 Now cut up 6 inches on front part of the fender liner and you're done.
