Thanks again for all of the help you have provided, I do not install these everyday so having someone like you that is willing to help is why I will always ONLY buy a remote starter system from you.  I have had people ask me in the past and I tell them that I will only install Astrostart systems from Super-Bee.  Not everyone wants to pay the price and that is fine, I just won’t install anything else.  The Silverado looks pretty straight forward with the DBALL interface, but if I run into anything, I will drop you an E-mail.

Hey, totally off topic but awhile back you sold me a rollpan for a 99 f-150 and since on those year fords they wrap around the bedsides I was a little nervous on the fitment….wow, best fitting rollpan I or the bodyshop have ever dealt with (and this bodyshop does tons of rollpans).  It fit 110% perfect, we decided to weld it on and it had zero gaps, zero issues at all!

 So keep stocking those bad boys haha!

I received yesterday the remote Astrostart that I ordered from you for a model 4204.

Thank you very much, exactly the one I needed.

I'm having problems with the FOB programming, I read the manual, it's says to put to RUN position, press the brakes, release and in 10 seconds you have to put RUN to OFF 3 times and the parking lights should flash 4 times. Well I did it about a million time and it doesn't seems to work. I also tried different combinations and nothing :( .

Do you have a better procedure to make it work? I think there must be a way to do it with the Dip Switches on the Brain under the Dash, do you know how?

If you could help me with this I'd appreciate, thanks.

I just wanted you guys to know...

I live in Juneau Alaska, and I own a Jeep Cherokee with an Astrostart 800 installed by a third party. I washed my remote control and ruined it. I tried to buy one locally and I got no help from the dealership I got the car from, no help from the local 3rd party starter dealer here in town (never called me back), and nothing from anyone I could find online....except for you guys. I spoke with Shawn in your sales department and he got back to me promptly, saved me money on shipping to the states, and even went through the details of how to program my new starter remote. Top notch service if you ask me. Especially since I was trying for months with no success, until I called you guys. I installed it with no problems. Thanks alot Super Bee!
